FEDERAL NOTICES

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

STATE NOTICES

Arizona , California , Idaho , Louisiana , Nevada , New Mexico , Texas , Washington or Wisconsin Residents: If you, the applicant, are married and live in a community property state, you should also provide the personal credit information on your spouse in the co-applicant section. Your spouse is not required to be a co-applicant for the credit requested unless he/she wishes to be a co-applicant. California Residents: An applicant, if married, may apply for a separate account. Ohio Residents: Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law. New Hampshire Residents: If this is an application for balloon financing, you are entitled to receive, upon request, a written estimate of the monthly payment amount that would be required to refinance the balloon payment at the time such payment is due based on the creditor's current refinancing programs. New York Residents: In connection with your application for credit, we may request a consumer report that contains information on your credit worthiness, credit standing, personal characteristics and general reputation. If we grant you credit, we or our servicer may order additional consumer reports in connection with any update, renewal or extension of the credit. If you ask us, we will tell you whether we obtained a consumer report and if we did, we will tell you the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that gave us the report. Vermont Residents: By clicking on "Submit", you authorize us and our employees or agents to obtain and verify information about you (including one or more credit reports, information about your employment and banking and credit relationships) that we may deem necessary or appropriate in evaluating your application. If your application is approved and credit is extended, you also authorize us, and our employees and agents, to obtain additional credit reports and other information about you in connection with reviewing the account, increasing the available credit on the account (if applicable), taking collection on the account, or for any other legitimate purpose. Married Wisconsin Residents: Wisconsin law provides that no provision of any marital property agreement, or unilateral statement, or court order applied to marital property will adversely affect a creditor’s interests unless, prior to the time that the credit is granted, the creditor is furnished with a copy of the agreement, statement or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision. If you are making this application individually, and not jointly with your spouse, the full name and current address of your spouse must be properly disclosed in the co-applicant section of this application.

Our Privacy Statement

With the explosive growth of the Internet and e-commerce, individuals are becoming increasingly concerned about protecting their privacy. We acknowledge that personal privacy is imperative for a progressive relationship between Internet users and Internet-based commerce. We are committed to protecting the personal privacy of our customers.

We recognize our obligation to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. We will not market or promote the sale of your personal information to any individual or organization, except as authorized by you, or as may be required by law.

Preserving the integrity of your financial information is one of our most fundamental responsibilities. We will safeguard your financial data according to established security standards and procedures. We value the trust you have instilled in our organization, and we intend to handle your personal information with the utmost care. We permits only authorized employees who are properly trained in information management techniques to access your information, and then only for the express purposes of meeting your needs or addressing your service requests.

In order to provide you with better service, we require you to submit specific personal information about yourself, including your name, address, phone number, social security number, e-mail address, and employment information. We will also compile financial data such as your credit history, monthly income, and employment history. This information gathering process enables us to locate the best financing program available to meet your individual borrowing needs.

We place great emphasis on maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. We have contracted with Auto Jockey CRM, Inc. to manage our data files.  If at any time you discover that your information is erroneous, please e-mail us at support@creditjockey.net and notify us of any inaccuracies requiring correction. We will promptly modify your information to reflect those changes.

Following the submission of your credit application, the information will be entered directly into our database. If it meets the minimum criteria of our lending institutions, it will be presented to various lenders who offer the types of loan products that meet your specific requirements. After our authorized lending officers review your information, they may contact you directly via phone, mail, or e-mail to process your credit application. As our lenders may retain your information whether or not you meet their minimum eligibility requirements for a loan, we recommend that you contact them directly for further information about their particular privacy policies.

Our Security Statement

We recognize that preserving the integrity of your personal and account information is critical. We also realize that offering our Web-based services to you in a secure environment is fundamental to our continued success.  In order to accomplish this, we have contracted with Auto Jockey CRM, Inc. as our technology provider to employ several devices that enable us, among other benefits, to authenticate your identity when you access our services and safeguard your information as it traverses the Internet between your PC and us.

We require the use of secure browsers to protect your privacy while accessing our online financial services.  Specifically, the personal and account data that is conveyed between your PC and us must be encrypted during transmission - secure browsers are effective tools used to achieve and maintain this level of protection.  Encryption is the process of scrambling information (typically for data transmission) so it can only be reconfigured in its original format by someone with access to the appropriate encryption key.  In this instance, your personal information will be encrypted during its transmission to us, and only Auto Jockey CRM, Inc. will have the ability to decrypt it.

We use Secure Socket Layer 3.0 to ensure you are accessing the actual Auto Jockey CRM, Inc. server and not an imitation.  Auto Jockey CRM, Inc.’ servers send their public key to your browser program before you log on to our site.  Secure Socket Layer enables you to verify the identity of a server by viewing the site's certificate.  A certificate is a means of associating a public key to a name. By viewing our certificate on the first page of our online application or login screen through your browser, you can confirm you are logged on to the Auto Jockey CRM server(s).

Once Secure Socket Layer has authenticated the server, your browser and our server will establish a confidential symmetric key.  This symmetric key allows the exchange of encrypted data between your browser and our server and, as a precautionary measure, its validation is restricted to a single occurrence. Therefore, if you log out and later choose to log on again, your browser and our server will automatically generate a different symmetric key.  By continually changing with every attempt to log on to our site, the symmetric key will ensure all of your communications with Auto Jockey CRM server(s) are preserved intact.

If you have any questions on any of our policies, please e-mail us at support@creditjockey.net.
